Course Introduction
The PBT diploma measures the essential skills that banking professionals need to demonstrate. It covers the following topics: policies and procedures, sales and customer service, and the essential concepts and operations of banking. In addition, the diploma helps banking professionals demonstrate their ability to develop effective work relationships with co-workers, employ basics of business etiquette and professional behavior, and communicate effectively with external customers.
